As you can see in the attachment, we have made a block booking of hotel
rooms, however it is essential that
you do place your reservation directly at one of the hotels by
September 10 at the latest. Please note that this is only
a bit more than one week from now.
Furthermore, please indicate by return
of email, by September 10 at the latest, whether you will attend the
meeting and which meals you will need:
For lunch at the
Dozentenfoyer on both days you need to purchase lunch vouchers at CHF
20 per day (in case you prefer to eat a sandwich, there are plenty of
places within ETH to buy some).

In addition to the cost for the meals
you have chosen, a conference fee (for coffee, tea, mineral water and
infrastructure) of CHF 30 will be raised. In order to facilitate the
registration, please make sure to bring the exact amount of money in
Swiss Francs. Thank you.
Furthermore, in order to avoid long queues during the break, we suggest
that you come to the registration
desk in the GEP Pavillion at 8.45h.
