TROCCINOX-HIBISCUS

Planning Workshop, IPMET-Bauru, 4-5 Feb 2003

 

 

IPMET organised an International Workshop dealing with the scientific aspects related to the European TROCCINOX and HIBISCUS projects and the definition of a related Brazilian project.

 

The Workshop aimed in :

  • reviewing the state of the art concerning the scientific problems involved based on previous experiments
  • providing an overview of the TROCCINOX and HIBISCUS projects
  • reviewing Brazilian weather and climate characteristics
  • introducing related past and present Brazilian research activities
  • discussing an equivalent Brazilian research program
  • discussing the field campaign scheduled for Jan/Feb 2004
