The workshop was held in Grainau / Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, Eibsee-Hotel. The hotel is situated at an altitude of 1000 m, directly at the Eibsee, in the middle of the alpine panorama surrounding Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze (see map)
