Fees

The registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches (Monday to Thursday), dinners (Monday and Tuesday), the trip and entrance fee to the castle Linderhof and the conference dinner (Wednesday evening). The fees cover the period from Monday (22 June) morning to Thursday (25 June) afternoon coffee. Dinner on Sunday is not covered.

If you want to cancel your reservation (after you succesfully registered and paid), you will be charged 20 EUR.

If an accompanying person (not registered at the conference) wants to join the castle visit and the conference dinner on Wednesday, please contact Simon Unterstrasser.

Further information

The conference starts Monday around 9am. A detailed agenda will follow after abstract submission deadline. We suggest to arrive on Sunday and register on Sunday afternoon.

On Wednesday late afternoon a visit Schloß Linderhof (see Wikipedia) is scheduled. The conference dinner takes places on Wednesday evening after the visit of the castle in a nearby traditional Bavarian restaurant.
