"We could not make this up" continued:

The person carrying the spare part for the Falcon was supposed to go through London, where a computer problem caused several cancellations including the flight to Tokyo. In addition, his trip through Paris is delayed, I'm not sure if that's also due to British ATC or the arrest of two terror suspects in Cologne. In any way, the spare part will not arrive before the evening of 27 September.

The Falcon mission on 28 September needs to be delayed to take off at 3 UTC.
