Venue and Travel InformationThe TAC-2 conference will take place at the Eurogress Aachen. It is advisable to book one of the hotels in Aachen shown below, as most on the TAC-2 conference will take place there. During the TAC-2 conference, the registration desk can be reached via phone or fax:
Aachen can be reached by car, train or by plane. The nearest airports are: Köln-Bonn (CGN), Düseldorf (DUS), Brussels (BRU), and Maastricht (MAA). From there, train connections are available to Aachen Central Station. The Eurogress conference center is relatively close to the central station (approx. 10 min by Bus) and very close to the city centre. Fees and registrationThe registration fees include coffee breaks, lunches, the icebreaker reception and the conference dinner. The fees cover the period from Monday (22 June) morning to Thursday (25 June) afternoon coffee.
The conference fee payment options are either bank transfer to the following account, or cash on site. Credit card payment is not possible, unfortunately. Note that any bank transfer charges are payable by the transferor, i.e. the conference participants. In the Euro zone, please use the EU standard bank transfer to avoid any extra bank fees.
PLEASE NOTE that bank transfers without giving the Reference "TAC-2 Conference" and your name in full cannot be assigned properly and may require you to pay the registration fee again in cash on site.
